Have your say

Your views are important to us, so make sure your voice is heard by telling us what you think.

The Community Engagement Strategy 2009 sets out our approach to community engagement. It highlights our commitment to improve our coordination of consultation and engagement activity. This is both within the Council and with our partners.

You can have your say about Council matters and issues in a number of ways. The links below will direct you to more information. This includes how to let us know your views about services and specific Council issues that we are currently consulting on.

Our latest consultations, with links to the surveys, will be listed below:

  • We are currently remodelling Health and Social Care Prevention services that include the following contracts:
    - Rough Sleeper Assertive Outreach contract

To gather feedback on the proposed new model, we are carrying out a soft market test available on Supplying the South West and Contracts Finder websites. Closing date: Monday 30 April 2018

  • If you receive care, are a carer or care service provider, we want to know what you think about a key Council adult social care policy: the draft Charging Policy which explain the Council's approach to charging for care services. More information, including how to have your say on the policy proposals, is on our Adult Social Care Policy consultation page. New closing date: Monday 23 April 2018
