Using School Messenger

School Messenger contains information including policies, procedures, online forms, events and conferences, as well as online support for service level agreements that schools have purchased through Services to Schools. Permissions are updated on an annual academic year basis to reflect the specific buy back for each school.

If you work in a school or college in Cornwall and require access to School Messenger, you will need to create an account on the Cornwall Council website. The help guide provides information on how to do this.

Weekly emails

School Messenger will send you an email every Monday during term time.  This will identify newly published information and will be categorised as:

  •  Statutory
  •  Important
  •  Guidance / Information

All registered users of School Messenger will automatically receive the email - you will not need to sign up separately.
