General Council Tax enquiries can be answered by this automated service when the office is closed - this means no waiting in queues or being put on hold (this service is provided by a third party).

This service is designed to answer all frequently asked questions, although where necessary, some of the options will give you the opportunity to speak to an advisor during our opening hours of 8.30am to 6pm.  

If you call this number you will be transferred to an automated service provided by Inform 360, who are a third party company acting on behalf of Cornwall Council. Any information you provide will be collected by Inform 360 and passed to Cornwall Council to carry out any action required. Inform 360 will retain your information securely until your query has been resolved. Your information will not be used for any other purpose or shared with any other third parties.
