This automated service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without waiting in a queue. More complex enquiries can still be transferred to an advisor between the hours of 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Our Inform 360 service offers more flexible access, in addition to the weekday telephone opening hours of 8.30am to 5pm.

  • Report changes in your circumstances including change of address, changes in your household members, changes to income or savings as well as changes in your rent
  • Request copies of notification letters and to hear more information about appeals
  • Respond to a letter or phone call received

  • Landlords will also be able to notify us about tenants who have moved in or out of their properties
